Fees

Prices shown while you pick seats include every fee. Service fees are itemised at checkout. Facility fees are not refundable.

Refunds and exchanges

All sales are final unless an event is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled, in which case the box office will contact you with your options. Individual events may publish their own refund terms on the event page.

Holds

Seats are held for ten minutes while you check out. If the timer runs out, the seats are released for other customers and you can pick again.

Accessibility

Wheelchair and companion seating can be selected on the seat map. If you need help choosing seats, contact the box office and we will hold them for you.
